If I could find a way
To write a poem a day
I’m sure my head would spin less
The rush of my mind
Sometimes leaves me so blind
And completely unable to rest
If I emptied my head
Before going to bed
That surely would help with my stress!

Just a little ditty that formed in my head during a blustery walk this morning 😁

Yes I must try harder 🤣
I’ve been blighted with a chest infection since late January, it’s such a relief to feel the little grey cells active again 🤗
